      "Bill managers" present the breakout proposals from Thursday for second reading, reflecting any amendatory language worked out informally during on Thursday afternoon or evening. After discussion, proposals are tabled for a final afternoon up or down vote)
  • 10:15 a.m. -- Key issues / Situation analysis discussion
      Vendors, researchers, technologists, publishers develop a list of key challenges facing the news industry capable of being overcome by collaboration and knowledge sharing. We then "post" break out sessions based upon the identified issues for before- and after-lunch breakout speed presentations. The knowledge learned informs the end-of-day wrap up and consensus voting.
